Abbas Palestinian government opens door to aid (Reuters) 
Reuters - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas swore in an emergency government on Sunday in a move that could bolster him in his power struggle with Islamist Hamas rivals by ending a U.S.-led aid embargo.
